you can also find these details through the Galaxy Wearable app.

1. Connect your Galaxy Buds to your mobile device

2. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected mobile device

3. Tap Galaxy Buds

4. Tap About Galaxy Buds

5. The model number and serial number for your buds will be displayed
